Its non-constrictive design minimizes rough handling of hypothermic patients. It is constructed of buoyant foam with an internal 6600 lb strength polyester strap with a safety hook. Features include an adjustable double-sided hook and loop covered strap for sizing. Adaptable for small boat man-overboard recovery.
