Shipping & Returns

Returns:   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from First Due Emergency Supply Company, simply return it to us within 15 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange for full merchandise value. Just call (856) 589-9700 for return authorization. All merchandise must be returned within 5 business days after return authorization has been issued. Please double box item including all of the original packaging (this includes all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to us. Products in new condition will receive an exchange or refund for the full merchandise value. All approved returns must be in new condition with all original boxes and packaging material. Equipment that has been damaged due to misuse, and any product that looks used and cannot be resold as new, will automatically be charged 20% restocking fee and may incur repair costs. Ask your sales associate if you are unsure if the fee applies to your return.
Shipment:   First Due Emergency Supply Company shall ship or arrange for shipment of the equipment to the Purchaser. Delivery of product purchased to the initial carrier shall constitute delivery to Purchaser. For the purpose of payment this delivery shall be the shipment date. First Due Emergency Supply Company shall not be responsible for any delays in shipment, whether caused by First Due Emergency Supply Company or otherwise.
Risk Of Damage Or Loss:   If First Due Emergency Supply Company selects the carrier to deliver the equipment to Purchaser, First Due Emergency Supply Company will bear any loss of, or damage to, the equipment while in the carrier's possession or under its control. On receipt from the carrier, Purchaser must inspect the packaging for possible shipping damage, and shall notify First Due Emergency Supply Company within 24 hours of receipt of any evidence of damage by the shipper to the packaging materials.
Warranty:   All equipment is covered by each of the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, First Due Emergency Supply Company new products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 15 days from the purchase date. All First Due Emergency Supply Company clearance and used products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 15 days from the purchase date. Except as provided in this section First Due Emergency Supply Company extends no warranties on parts from either new or used equipment or services performed under this agreement, expressed or implied.
Exceptions & Exclusions:   Unless specified, prices listed do not include transportation or freight of any kind. Purchase prices do not include sales tax. All government assessments, however designated, including federal, state local taxes, use or excise on this sale of equipment shall be paid by the purchaser. All shipping charges are to be paid for by purchaser. First Due Emergency Supply Company reserves the right to replace equipment with equipment of equal value, due to availability or to enhance performance. First Due Emergency Supply Company shall be excused and free of liability for its non-performance or delay in performance of any term or condition herein directly or indirectly which results in (1) from fire, explosion, flood or other force majeure; strikes or other labor problems; civil disturbances, regulation, or enactment of any governmental agency; (2) from any act or omission of Purchaser; (3) from First Due Emergency Supply Company's inability, due to any forces or shortage beyond its control to obtain parts, materials or shipping. Prices may be subject to change without notice. All pricing is quoted in US Dollars. First Due Emergency Supply Company cannot be held responsible for error or omissions in printing or preparation of this list.
